In line with the latest government announcement and moving into tier 4, we will be sadly closing our doors again as of Wednesday 30th December.
Our team will contact everyone who has an appointment booked for January.
Do not worry we will continue to share well-being and spa at home tips on our social pages and our website remains open for all your product needs.


We ask for cashless payment where possible across the Windmill Retreat please. However if not possible we will manage this.


Prior to your appointment we will have called you to talk through your booking with us, take pre-payment for your experience and to make sure you are reassured and happy with the timings. We will have sent you a pre-arrival consultation form to complete. We will also provide you with an email copy of your itinerary. So you can view that on your phone through out the day.


Our panoramic plunge pool and heated loungers are available along with our outdoor seating and hammocks (sunshine permitting) however for the mean time and inline with government guidelines our sauna, steam room and experience shower will remain closed. These are deep cleaned and sanitised after each guest allocated time.


Please note that all lodge guests must change into their robes in their rooms. Treatments should be booked prior to arrival and only guests in their bubble can join them in the thermal suite.


Our cafe is opening and we will serving all our Spa lunches in the cafe. You will be given a booking time for your meal and the tables have been distanced so you can enjoy your meal safely. Any extras you’d like you have we’d ask for contactless payment please.
