Windmill Retreat Lodges, Spa & Estate – encompassing the spa, luxury suites, lodges and daytime restaurant – has been lovingly built and thoughtfully evolved over the years by three generations of the Ridgment family. What began as a vision rooted in the Somerset countryside has gradually grown into a collection of spaces designed to bring together relaxation, wellbeing, great food and memorable stays, all whilst retaining the warmth and character of a family-run business.

Every part of the estate has been carefully considered and personally developed with a strong connection to its surroundings, creating an experience that feels both elevated and welcoming. Discover more about our story, our values, and the spaces we have created for guests to slow down, reconnect and enjoy the beauty of the Somerset Levels.
